Corporate headshots have a narrower brief than most portrait work. Approachable, polished, and consistent enough that an entire team's photos look like they belong to the same company, without flattening everyone's individual presence.
That balance, professional polish without losing personality, is the whole craft here. I keep lighting clean and repeatable across a full team so every headshot matches, while still giving each person direction that lets a bit of who they actually are come through.
It's unglamorous work compared to a campaign shoot, but it's some of the most consistently in-demand photography I do, and getting it right is exactly why clients come back for the next round of hires.
